Coaching – Mentoring
I’m always reluctant to say coaching because I often spend a lot of time mentoring a client in how to come up with a business idea or how to validate their business idea but then again when you mentor someone they may also need coaching in that they need a framework and milestones and some cajoling. I think I would call it guiding but always doing my utmost to ensure that my client achieves their objectives in hiring me to help them start or grow their business.
I’ve built a really strong reputation as the go to person when you want to start or grow a business – whether an on-line or a ‘bricks & mortar’ business. My international business career has given me a solid foundation and I make sure I stay on the cutting edge of all that’s new and successful so that I’m a solid ally for your business plans.
If you choose to work with me you’ll get sound advice on business start-ups, expansions (at home and overseas), business transfers, and entering new markets. I’ll help you think through the issues involved and evaluate the likely obstacles. I can help you identify problems in your existing business, determine the causes, come up with effective solutions, and initiate their implementation.
